ParticipantRe: Smeg DW64 SSE stuck on wash cycle
Pete, sorry to be a pain, could you list them as they appear left to right please as that’s the way they are shown on my sheet, rather than the lamp indication names.

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool SIOS Disc Installayion Probs
There is a way but it means editing the registry (not recommmended !)
I guess Whirlpool won’t tell anyone that as they may be held responsible for goosing a few PC’s in the process 😯

In that case, please follow my previous advise and defrost it as it’s a frost free unit 😀

ParticipantRe: Nardi oven grillpan sought
Sorry, I missed this one as well 😳
Before you phone EAC, I can check out whether it’s one of the usual who made this oven for B&Q.
It looks like a Brandt model number to me, drop me an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and I’ll check on Monday for you Andrew.
I would reply here but by Monday there will be a whole load more posts I’ll have looked at and replied to so I may miss it 😉

ParticipantRe: hoover new wave tumble dryer
OK, in all seriousness, I actually think you’ve been sold a duff appliance I’m afraid 😥
Mind you they take quite a while to heat up these dryers.
Have you got an electric meter you can see with the revolving disk in it ? If you have, set the dryer running and ask your partner to watch the disk as you change the settings, it will speed up considerably when it’s heating 😀
If there’s no change then there’s a problem with the dryer.

ParticipantRe: Qualtex
Dunno TBH as I never saw that , this is called “Freefind”.
Pretty cr@p by comparison to the other stuff out there but their prices are damn good and the range of stuff is good to say the least.
And, Martin’s gonna kill us 😆

ParticipantRe: hoover new wave tumble dryer
How many buttons are there Morgan ?
Do they go left to right or top to bottom ?
All these details will help Martin
to identify 😆

Owned by one Mr David Ince, ex director of NESN and long time good buddy of Trubbish, also sat on the board of the European buying group that invloved Nedis and SEME.
Good name Beaver for his company if you use the US term 😀
