Anonymous wrote:My advice, ceramic glass is fragile even it can withstand high temperatures…they are not as easy to clean as you’d think. I would avoid EURO KERA at all cost.
EuroKera being the manufacturer of the glass does not exclude your guarantee which is with the cooker manufacturer, not the component manufacturer surely ?

ParticipantRe: F7 error code on Diplomat ADP 8332 Dishwasher
It’s a water fill or water metering fault. These fault codes are only an engineers guide and not conclusive in general.
I would suggest an engineer checks this for you, try the directories on the main menu or let us know your postcode, someone here should be able to help.
When asking for service on this appliance, let them know that it’s actually made by Whirlpool.
Hope this helps.

It could be a number of things to be honest, worst case scenario is the control unit itself, it’s about £80 plus VAT for the part.
It may be worthwhile calling an engineer to confirm though.
Check the directories on the main menu for engineers in your area or pop your postcode up here.

OK, these are the list prices which would be quoted to your customer were she to phone MFI extracare and obtain the parts herself (excluding VAT):
Backplate/bearing unit – 718001800 £53.55
Backplate gasket – 402011900 £5.99
Module – 546060201 £48.98Trade postage would be £4.00, I’m not sure how much they charge retail customers to be honest, probably the same.
Hope that helps.

dave thought the £199 tricity bendix machine was quite a good buy.. and that getting a BOSCH would be stepping upSorry to be misleading, what I should have said was, the Tricity would be a better buy then most others in that price bracket,ie, for £200 it would be preferable to others at the same price. But yeah, the Bosch is a better buy in my opinion.

Hi John.
Connect are the distributor for Teka, I can’t find that model listed though. It may be worth a call to them on 0121 766 6222

Check the arm itself for a split along the seams, if all seems ok, replace the arm and the arm support.
Water pressure is OK as the lower arm is recieving enough water, unless there’s a blockage in the upper spray arm feed pipe somewhere.

This isn’t one of those models 😉

ParticipantRe: Diplomat ADP 8132 not washing properly
The upper spray arm definitely isn’t rotating.
As it is fixed to the upper basket, when you push the basket back, the arm support tube locates on to the water inlet on the back wall, that’s where the problem will be no doubt.
Either the spray arm support is not fixed to the basket correctly or the seal at the back is misplaced/missing/worn allowing water to escape, therefore low water pressure to the spray arm
Hope that helps ?

ParticipantRe: Homark oven
It’s almost certainly the fan element that has failed.
We will need that model number to identify though, or a picture at least.

Well, it will certainly contribute to the problem, if not the main cause.
Time will tell I guess, once you’ve refitted the door correctly.
