3 months old, it’s under guarantee surely ? 🙂
None of those light combinations seem to match the general Smeg error codes so there may be a component failure affecting the software or the PCB itself could be faulty 😕
I would check the guarantee though as the repair should be FOC.

No problem, they are correct etc but are the main (outer) door hinges, brianorange wants the plastic internal hinges for the evaporator door 😀

The upper and lower hinges for the freezer door are £4.41 each inc VAT (plus carriage).

That’s an unrecognised fault code I’m afraid which means another component failure is causing software errors with the PCB….
Engineer time to be honest to check the possibles, the repairs@ link below should provide someone 😀

That will dependon the model number 😉
Many are moulded to the door in the factory so they can’t be removed, a new door is the only solution in most cases 🙁

Part number is 627793, it’s a Gorenje so you can get it from Masterpart (special order) or direct from MFI 🙂
List price is £23 odd as a guide. I can also order it for you of course 😉
