    yeh all the ones i have worked on with this fault have ntc’s in suppose the only way to prove it is to heat sensor up with hair dryer and then test dryer out??
    is there any way of finding out running temps of these dryers with ntc’s in or are they all different??

    went back to this today. found a small splash of solder on the pcb. removed it and all worked fine.

    how much of a gap should be at each end i would have thought they should be right to the hinges to stop splashing over the edge

    has any one got service manual for these or a circuit diagrame. they are usually on back of these but this one is missing

    thought it was strange that the fridge still got cold with a broken fan. i found that only the salad bins were freezing stuff and the vent in the bottom was covered in ice. i will send you all the info i have on these units. whats your email address

    yes fan in freezer behind ice maker. back panel is a pain to get of as held in with pastic clips
