Re: ISE Covers
Sorry David,
I used the cover when showing of the ISE 10, so have generated a lot of interest. I’ll go up the hatch next time I am in Killy, share the load.

Hi Guys,
I can now come clean as the last of the ‘old stock’ left CDA this morning.
Our July shipment with the new livery and instruction mannual on the outside started going out from our new distributor Hi-way express (of Wakefield) last week to test the system.
With david being away we managed to cock up a couple of orders (sorry Martyn & Rick deliveries tomorrow) but from now on you have a regular delivery day once a week with the option of an 48 hr service if you need one in a hurry.
Cards – as Ken said we are running short of 5 x 5 but have mountains of 1 + 5. I am reluctant to re-print for the sake of one number therefore in the short term could I ask you to modify the 1 + 5 when you send them back to David. I how to have news of a slicker system (not e-mail) at Sibson in September.

Hi Guys
I have seen most of you this month, those I have not I will mop up over the next couple of weeks.
Just to recap.
1. We will be switching distrutor from CDA to Hi-way express during July
2. The existing machine will be re-badged ISE 5 from the next shipment which we will be receiving on 5th July – There are NO CHANGES to the machine other than the logo.
3. WEEE is live and free collections by DHL start this week co-ordinated by David and myself (order a collection in the same way you order a machine).
4. ISE 10 machines are currently being manufactured and when I have a firm delivery date I will let you know (we are talking days not weeks).
5. Easy payment plan is now available via ‘easy to buy’ and brief will be e-mailed out to you this week (when I have had chance to write it) – This will mean customers can purchase ISE at £18 per week over three years rather than £450 up front (18{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} apr in line with most credit cards).
6. The updated website will be launched when ISE 10 is in the country.
7. My search for a tumble dryer to compliment the ISE 5 will intensify during July.Any queries contact me.

Hi all,
Just to confirm I am talking about building a spec for ISE 5 to complement the existing Washing machine. The ISE 10 dryer is an Asko and we have an opption on a Asko made dishwasher it’s the mid range stuff that is proving tough to source.

Hi Guys,
My search for ISE tumble dryers and dishwashers to complement the existing washing machine which from July will become ISE 5 and the new stock will be branded as such (don’t panic it’s the same machine with an amended logo) has widdened.
I have been talking to factories who do not sell their own brands they specialise in producing for other people including some high profile names.
I have reach the stage where I am after the spec for a dishwasher and dryer that we can ideally sell to the customers at less than £400.
Tell we what you want.
This is highly confidential so keep it within the sellers only forum, Ken will collate your thoughts.
This will give me spec and I’ll do my best to strike a deal with one of the factories.
I am off on holiday for a week starting with a trip to wembley on monday (come on you rams) when I get back I start a UK tour to see all of you prior to the start of July.

Of course non ISE agents can not see this forum.
I have so much to update you on but do not want to show my hand in public just yet.
I will meet all ISE agents between 5th of June when I meet DHL to confirm WEEE details and the 29th of June ISE 10 will be in the country, WEEE will be about to start and I have some exciting news about the existing ISE machine.
I will be contacting you all this week to make appointments then having a week off (starting with a trip to wembley – sorry Dave), then it really will be game on.

Hi All,
It’s a while since we have updated this and things have moved on in lots of areas, too much to go into detail on a post so I am going to do another UK tour in June see all agents currently selling ISE to cover the following areas;
1. ISE 10 – I will have a sample machine with me, stock of this Swedish made machine with a 10 year domestic and 3 year light commercial garantee will be available at the end of June.
2. WEEE compliance for ISE customers – I meet DHL shortly to get the individual compliance plans for ISE stockists planning to do retailer takeback. This will allow you to hit the ground running when the WEEE directive goes live on 1st July.
3. Easy payment plan – We have a just completed a deal where ISE 10 and hopefully ISE 5 can be paid for by your customers on a month by month basis over 3 years. We are carrying out a limited trial to make sure the system works, then we will roll it out to everyone.
4. Updated website and marketing material for the above will be available to support the above.If you do not currently sell ISE an wish to know more about it contact us and I will come and see when I am in your area.

Hi All,
I have been working behind the scenes on this and can now confirm the DEAL IS DONE!!!!
94 ISE 10 washing machines and 50 matching condessor dryers will be with us by the end of June.
If you retail at £799 and £649 inc VAT respectively with you making £100 (excl VAT).
They have a 10 year parts and labour cover for domestic use and 3 year part and labour for semi – commercial (hair dressers, guest houses, pubs). Underwritten by an FSA covered insurer.
We will market the machines as ISE 10 with the existing machine plus supplementary products with 5 year cover becoming ISE 5 over time (more details to follow).
We have a lot to do between now and launch. We intend to show all of you the machine prior to launch prior to the shipment arriving. Please bare with us for a couple of weeks while I nail down the logistics and we do user and tec manuals.
There is a ten week lead time on deliveries and don’t want to run out of stock or hamstring ourselves by having to much stock. You would help us massively by confirming or ruling out your interest and ideally sending us pre-orders. This would help us in the early stages.

As Ken says, we went for the top specification would could and the machine at Sibson was the base ISE machine. The dishwasher was not, the fully free standing version which more closely matched the washer was not available so they supplied the semi integrated stainless version.

Hi All,
Bear with me for a couple of weeks,
We have looked at the market prices for the equivalent Mieles and are confident that we can bring the ISE tens to market competitively.At the moment our broker is trying to get us the best possible deal for the cover from an FSA registered source and I am trying to get us the best deal on logistics.
Until I have firm prices it would be inappropriate to publish.
We will have a critical path to launch and retail / wholesale prices by easter.
