    SPARKING IS OK… INSULATION COVER IS OK… NOT SURE IF THERE IS SOME KIND OF FLAME GUARD MISSING OR SOMETHING?? THE SPARKING IS DEFINATELY NOT A PROBLEM! HELP!!

    the burner is all ok… its just like there is a ”breeze” or something really wiered! never come across this prob before!! ❓ its just the initial ignition… gas comes through ok.. once the spark ignites the gas flame is perfect… just initial ignition????

    The pcb that you have described isn’t the timer it self is it or is it the pcb down the bottom. Don’t know what else it could be apart from cut outs. i can only find two cut out of which one is open and one is closed. i have changed both and still have the same problem. never had this problem with a cooker before i thought they were control by thermal cut out or cut ins.

    there is already a stick tab on the door moulding and i have put a brand new lamp in and its dim as if there is not enough voltage.

    yes these have a barrel heater. it will stil go through the cycle but with no heat. also check the pcb if it is a zanussi build.

    Would there be humming noise from that? there are no noises at all… completely dead.. start switch is ok. Many thanks
