In that case then the only thing left is the software update.

    Hi

I have not seen one of these Daewoo’s I must admit but I have set up and sorted a lot of Humax PVR’s over the years.

Having read your post here and on the AV forums you need to reset back to factory settings ie when you first purchased the machine. You can do this via the attached sheet hopefully this will solve your problem.

Warning by carrying out this operation you will delete your timer listings, you will need to re enter these after you set up the machine.

Plenty of Indies stock these it’s the most popular dryer at the right price with good spares availability and easy to repair.

warzinak if you put your postcode into this RETRA link your local retailers will be listed.

Support the independents 🙂 use us or lose us :con:

    Hi

There is more than one valve for that model. Can you post up the PNC or Prod no. usually found on the inside the door.

If valves fail replacement is the best way.

Sorry but the price I would have to supply it to you ( ordering from Connect) is too expensive.

As Bryan suggests CDA direct is probably the best the way to go in this instance.

A cheaper way would be to remove the wooden decor doors but you would lose the “integrated look.”

You could then slide a 55cm wide freestanding fridge freezer in there like the Hotpoint RFAA52 or the Montpellier MS170. Both are available in frost free as well.

    Hi

50:50 is the most popular split followed by 70:30 and then 60:40 which is the least popular. As a result there are a couple of Miele here there are a few more here but sdaly no Hotpoint group models.

Just be aware you can get fixed hinge or slider system hinges.

    Hi

You can empty the residual water by removing the filter as in the attached second picture from the instruction manual. Or if there is a large amount of water in the drum you can use the emergency drain hose as in the first picture.

Once the filter has been removed check there are no foreign objects obstructing the small propeller.

If the problem persists you will need to call an engineer out.

    Hi

I don’t have a contact number for new repairers but you could try 0843 770 4405 who should be able to put you through.

Once set up everything is done online.

    £231.24 🙂

Generally speaking Hotpoint are between 5 to 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} cheaper than DAD depending on which model. If you wish you can also open up the direct home delivery platform as well across their brands.

We have dealt direct for over 20 years with them. We are also an appointed Whirlpool stockist as well. I have to say that we get very few damages and even less non deliveries to us or our customers.
