Darn it you just beat me to it. I have just been going through all the installation instructions by ENR on Tradeplace, like you I could not find the total connected load.

It’s not rocket science working out amperage.

    Hi

    Nice easy one 🙂

That’s a 50:50 split fridge freezer, with that split there are loads out there. The height on these are around the 177cm tall give or take a mm.

You will need a fridge freezer which will take sliders as in the second photo as opposed to fixed hinge. Virtually all manufacturers produce these.

    HTH 🙂

    Hi

Due to it’s age there is very little info on the net. I believe your model is a 50:50 fridge freezer. Can you post up a piccie of the appliance please so we can confirm one way or the other?

    Hi

Out of those two I would go for the Bosch.

With the level of washing you are doing I would seriously consider the WAN28201 as it is currently being supplied with a free five year warranty by Bosch.

    HTH 🙂

    Thanks both.

Back home having had the growth removed. Surgeon had to cut in deeper than originally thought to make sure they got the whole tumour and didn’t leave anything behind.

Just have to wait now for about four weeks for results and if any further treatment is required.

    Case of fingers crossed.

    Hi

It appears the glass is obsolete however what you could do is take the door to a good local glazing company who will be able to size it for you and then cut to size. Make sure it is temperature safe glass to 300 degrees C.

    Morning all 😀

I won’t be around for a couple of days as I have an appointment with a surgeon at the local hospital today to remove a small growth in my bladder which will mean me staying in overnight.

On my birthday as well 😆

Which model New World do you have?

I did think that as well Dave 😉 but the ones Louisejones have are plastic. The machine comes right hand hinged and the left one is supplied with the appliance.

    Hi

The bottom hinge plate does come with the appliance. Not knowing which one you need send an email to spares@ukwhitegoods who will be able to supply.

By the way the model number is slightly wrong it should be UIAA10????

Re: B&B needs washing machine & tumble dryer

    Hi

The Maytag dryer like all American dryers is a front load appliance link here Apart from full on launderette industrial machines I do not know of a dryer at 14 odd kg. Washing has to be able to move freely in the drum in order to be dried this is why the capacities are less in a dryer than a washer.

As for the branding sadly I cannot advise on but others may be able to.

Having had a quick look at their website there are quite a few options of washer and dryer at the same sort of capacities on known brands like Whirlpool, Samsung and Electrolux.

Stacking large appliances like these could also pose some problems if there is not a stacking kit made by your choice of manufacturer.

    Re: Bosch or LG?

    Hi

That LG does have a separate drum by the looks of it. As an aside LG while they are working are okay but spares can be rather sporadic if and when needed. Miele are still the best but service is limited to their service agents and spares can be costly after the guarantee period has ended.

A little inside info for you 😉 Bosch are starting a free five year warranty on selected products from the 7th June. The WAN28201 is within your budget and will come within this promo 🙂
