    Hi

Dave in the spares shop may be able to help spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk give him the ENR and FD number not forgetting the description.

Shipping shouldn’t be a problem as I know he ships all over the world.

    Hi

We will need the ENR and FD number which can be found on the inside of the door for us to help.

I’m hoping the details are in the same place on Turkish machines 😉

    Hi Tell

The only two versions on Whirlpool database are /02 and /03 the product number 85719950110 comes up as being a Hotpoint 8571 fridge freezer.

Looking at both the 02 and 03 the part number comes up as C00328249. There is a parts list with genuine part numbers on this site.

    Hi

According to this link it’s a 50:50 split fridge freezer.

If there are plastic sliders between the appliance and wooden doors then it’s a simple task to replace it as that split is the most popular.

If however there are no sliders you then have a fixed hinge appliance while these are available they come at a much higher cost and limited availability.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed 😉

    Hi

With what’s currently in the marketplace the Gorenje would be my bet especially with the 5 year warranty.

The only other brand was Bosch slim depth but that was discontinued a little while ago.

    Hi Tim

There are three versions of that machine. At the end of the PNC it will be either 00, 01 or 02.

Picture attached of info I have access to. Which one (s) would you like?

I must be getting old but what or who is Optimum??

Fisher and Paykel are a premium end quality brand from New Zealand. Very few outlets in the UK for purchases, prices similar to Liebherr but very good.
