    Re: washer dryer opinion please

    Hi

It’s probably no worse than any other washer dryer out there in the price bracket. Samsung like most Korean outfits can have lengthy spares order lead times and the customer care levels a little curt to say the least.

    Guide here on washer dryers.

    Samsung company info here

I would still recommend a Bosch or the real thing would be the Miele but you will need serious money for that one 😉

    Hi

It sounds like you have a belt which is to short hence the smell of burning rubber.

The correct belt is part number 1603225 it’s a genuine belt only.

Can you post up the Ebay link for the belt you purchased.

    Re: Proline SAC 100e Humidifier

    Hi

I doubt very much you will get much help. Proline was the exclusive brand name for Comet and as you are probably aware they closed all their stores a couple of years ago when they went into administration.

I have found a little info here which may be of some help.

That aside you are going to need to plug in and play.

    Hi

Sadly there are no English made machines anymore, Bosch, Neff and Siemens (same group) are as good as it gets in your price range.

Bosch are running a cash back on selected appliances through selected retailers.

    Re: Bosch cordless vac, anygood

Rep came in with one a few weeks ago for us to have a “play” with. I was impressed the the 25V suction and it’s ease of use even getting it down flat was easy. Build and performance are what you would expect from Bosch.

Comparison of the two models here You can view the explosion on the Bosch spares public site.

    Re: Miele G1270SCVI

    Hi

Two different versions of this machine, yours with SCVI is not listed 😕

Looks like both versions share the same internal pipework though. Can you let me know from the enclosed drawing which position number you are after.

As an aside the majority of Miele parts have the part number marked on them.

    Siemens everytime.

German engineered, better build, nationwide service, readily available spare parts and part of the Bosch Neff group.
