ModeratorSix loads a week you need to look at Miele.
Samsung only support the big boys nothing comes our way at all regarding tech. Spares can be long winded and no support available either.
There are quite a few threads in this forum over the last week or two in this forum here happy reading!!

ModeratorSince Covid has impacted on every industry even ours. Needless to say stock supplies are at an all time low with some manufacturers quoting in excess of 14 weeks for some models so there is no need to give anything away.
The only deal pages are going to be things like Wowcher, Groupon and Piggy.

ModeratorI agree with Dave it doesn’t sound like you have a cooling fan in there.
Yes the new ovens do achieve the A rated spec although . I can’t speak for the rear or top of an oven but the controls will certainly be cooler at least.
The one thing worth checking as well is the install of the hob. Has it got the correct ventilation requirements as stated in the user manual / installation instructions?

ModeratorSo first thing is you are quoting Euro’s, your ip address and the Siemens model you give lead me to believe you are in Holland?
As for the machines we have our own model numbers in the main. Looking at the brands I agree totally with what you say apart fronm the Miele spioder issue which I must admit I have not come across here in the UK.
I would personally go middle of the road 😉

ModeratorIf you read the consumption values on page 21 the cottons is 3 hours and 40 minutes as you rightly say the machine is adjusting the prog time according to soiling etc.
Virtually all machines these days have some form of fuzzy logic, smart wash, sixth sense or another name attached to their appliance.
If your items are lightly soiled why not look at the superquick options?
You need to have the instructions and sit in front of the machine with page 20 and have a play to familiarise yourself.

ModeratorSadly service info from LG and Samsung is hard to come by and spares can be sporadic in supply. There are not many washer dryers out there as most suppliers only produce a couple apiece apart from Whirlpool group.
When it comes to washer dryers only Miele come anywhere close to being a good machine.
A good article here is a good place to start.

ModeratorIf the user manual is to hand it’s page 7 onwards. I wager the customer has pressed the option on far left of control panel.
If you would like a copy of the instructions just message me your email address.
