ModeratorAEG and Zanussi are part of the same group. I would go with the Zanussi as the £46 difference is well worth it for the extra guarantee.

ModeratorYou either replace it like for like with a single or you can install a built under double oven they are designed to fit under worktop and are 72cm tall. If you try and install a built in double 89.5cm tall under the worktop not only will the bottom oven door not open properly but you will also invalidate the guarantee as these are designed to fit waist heuight and up.
Also bear in mind with a built under double you will for most need a carcass either side for the sliders to fit onto. Failing this the Hotpoint ones have adjustable legs on them, either way you will need to trim or replace the kick plinth as well.

ModeratorGoogling says you have a 50:50 split integrated fridge freezer with sliding hinge. You can confirm this yourself by opening one of the doors, if you look along it’s upright edge you should see two plastic blocks leading to the slider mechanism. If this is the case you have plenty of choice of replacements as it’s the most popular variant.

ModeratorThere are a few Youtube videos showing New World oven clocks and how to set them which may help you. Sadly the clock timer is no longer listed that I can find.

ModeratorNo chance at all sadly, Google doesn’t turn up anything meaningful either.
New World as a brand disappeared quite a few years ago. The brand was part of the Stoves / Belling group, there are still a few parts available out there so a repair may still be possible.
What did you want to know about the oven to need instructions?

ModeratorSounds like a batch of dud compressors then.
On a more positive note if you have all the previous service visits confirming the fact then I would approach Leisure again.
There is a raft of consumer info on this link which includes the six year myth which may be worth pursuing as long as the criteria is met.Failing that I think you may have to take a hit and replace them with another brand.

ModeratorWhat is the “same fault”?
Also have these been installed correctly according to the manufacturers spec? I would not have thought that the same fault so regular would have appeared on all machines unless it is a batch fault which very rarely happens nowadays.

ModeratorA model number would be good.

Vented and condenser are slowly disappearing so you will only be able to purchase heat pump dryers eventually, the tech has got better and prices are coming down a little. Like all dryers they do need to be maintained correctly.
