Reading this thread again from the start, I think it`s fair to say that a freezer should work in your garage. However no guarantee can be given that condensation will not appear and that the appliance could play up if the temperature in the garage falls below the ambient temperature for a sustained period of time. As you say the guarantee may be void for these reasons.
I`m sitting on the fence in the absence of any scientific proof to the contrary π

Hi
Could be one of a few things, blockage around brush roller, belt slipped off or broken, filters blocked or hose blocked. If it`s none of these then time to take it along to your nearest repair agent.

Nothing listed in the spec sheets, however this Sebo link with video clips should give you a good idea.

WAA is probably the range you may be thinking of the tell tale sign is the stub door handle π Classixx, Exxcel and Logixx are the three German led categories.

Hmm not so sure. I just had a look at about a dozen random machines and all the Beko products are all SN climate class which is good down to +10, methinks someone is trying to pull the wool……… or am I just being too cynical :rolls:

Hi
All refrigeration is produced to a climate class. Climate class indicates what ambient room temperature an appliance is designed to operate in. N=’normal’ +16ΒΊC to +32ΒΊC; SN=’sub-normal’ +10ΒΊC to +32ΒΊC; ST=’sub-tropical’ +18ΒΊC to +38ΒΊC. The appliance will not cool correctly if the room temperature falls outside the stated range for long periods.
Not all manufacturers disclose this info in their sales material so contact may need to be made directly to clarify by model number.

Hi Lisa
As good a choice as any to be fair, not sold a lot of these, but no reported problems so far so I would say you have made a good choice.

Hi dwelly
The ISE compares very well to the Bosch Classix range the real differences are a five year warranty and locally sourced after sales service.
The Bosch and Siemens ranges are well known to be god quality in their price ranges. Siemens machines do come with a five year warranty however their prices are generally higher than the Bosch.
White Knight are a good honest machine towards the budget end but cheap parts compared to some make them a good bet, Zanussi and Whirlpool both make good machines. Vented is known to be more reliable, adding a sensor option makes them a good all round bet.

ModeratorRe: Bought An LG. Should I Return It?
The LG steam machine is still very new and it`s long term reliability is unknown. LG products when working are good machines the problems only arise if the appliance breaks down as spares are known to be long winded and tech info from them is very hard to come by.
The ISE1606W is up there along with Miele machines when it comes to build, longevity of life and being energy efficient. The AW23 is a good machine in it`s class and price point, you can`t comapre it to the 1606W though as it`s a totally different build in a totally different factory.
Looking at it from the gift to your sister point of view I`m sure she would be extremely happy to have what is considered to be up to the minute tech and which looks good at the same time.
I think If it were me considering all the angles I would be keeping my fingers crossed π

Hi dwelly
The current range of AEG machines are not the same as the model you currently have, having said that they are better than most. This thread which has been running over the last couple of days has some good info in it.
If the washing machine is going to be used far more than the dryer I would go either for on of the Bosch`s or the ISE AW23 cracking machine backed up with a full five year warranty and service should it ever be needed is carried out by local engineers and all for Β£529 delivered and installed.
Washing machine and tumble dryer buying guides here and here are well worth reading.
