Looks like it is an American appliance. Sears parts breakdown here says part no longer available and no substitute available.

Before calling an engineer check where the oven connects to, if it’s on a plug check the fuse or if there is a switched spur above the worktop again check the fuse. Is the hob above the oven? does this work?

I thought I recognised that part number make up and sure enough after checking it’s a Gorenje Frigidaire number.

The differences on the series 4 are very subtle, if you go on the Bosch website you can compare the different models side by side. You should be able from that to come to your preffered machine.

You have been unlucky, I admit I am not a fan of the Korean brands like Samsung and LG they promise the earth but don’t deliver. Neither brand supports the independent channel but instead choose to go out through the volume sellers like Currys, JLP and others. Couple that with with long winded spares availability and very little service info available doesn’t paint a pretty picture.

So You latterley paid £700 for the LG you could have bought a Miele for that which are still regarded as being the best of what is currently out there. The WEA025 is a good example. There is always a down side for whatever you buy and Miele is no different they currently share very little info and spares can be more expensive than most. But they are still the best 🙂

Your fridge freezer has sliding hinges 🙂

You can easily tell, if you look down the open edge of the doors you will see the slider attached to the appliance door. Fixed hinges are large cantilever ones.

Series four dishwashers which you have ordered will come with that large utensil spray head.

You would probably need to measure the interior cabinet on 12, 13 and 16 place dishwashers. I expect you would find that the interior sizes vary a little and that the basket slots spacings on larger place machines to be closer together.

According to the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers, one place setting consists of a large dinner plate, a small snack plate, a saucer, a bowl, a coffee cup, a drinking glass, a knife, two teaspoons, a dinner fork and a small salad fork.

Trouble is if you don’t use the supplied hose it could invalidate your guarantee. I have seen these on the latest Indesit machines, I guess there could be a risk of an overheat problem with the plastic one.

Sadly I have no contacts in your area. I would suggest having a dig around https://www.checkatrade.com/
