ModeratorA nice easy choice for a healthy budget such as yours would be Liebherr. They are well known as being the best and also produce for Miele.

ModeratorThe only date range I can find is circ a 1999 but that is a revised date so it could be older!!

ModeratorCould do, it would give you bigger capacities in both ovens. There is dual fuel as another option ( gas hob and electric ovens).

ModeratorSadly no, the only double oven that will go under the worktop is a double built under which are 72cm tall. Most manufacturers produce one or two so you will have some choice.

ModeratorHeat pump dryers are the cheapest to use but are more expensive than the other two types. In time this will be the only choice you will have.
Vented are the cheapest to buy but use more electricity, something like the Indesit IDV75 basic dryer is a good little workhorse and easy to repair. Condenser dryers are the middle road in price, don’t need venting and you can have sensor models which will monitor the dryness level and turn the heater off when dryness level is achieved therefore saving money.
All in all condenser dryer with sensors is the way to go.

ModeratorA couple of years ago Siemens announced this would happen, all retailers recieved a letter from BSH group explaining it. I must confess it went over my head a little. Thankfully the letter said that trading terms etc would not be affected in any way. That was all I wanted to read, there is an explanation here if you wish to read it.
It’s nothing new for Bosch Neff and Siemens to have non core model variants available to the online boys, Euronics dealers and independents. The differences are very small and vary across each sector. It does cause a little confusion for the consumer but I always say research thoroughly and buy the variant which best suits your needs.
There is no difference in quality and all have the usual two year warranty.

ModeratorApologies on the height put it down to a senior moment 😉 The only one like that I know of is the https://www.montpellier-appliances.com/product-details/montpellier-mab2035c/ which has a two year warranty.

ModeratorYou only find “copy” parts on the fast moving lines like fan oven elements, thermostats etc. I think the bypass filter is the cheaper option.

ModeratorThere is nothing made at 34 inches high, are you sure that’s correct?

ModeratorBe aware that the Miele WEA025 and the WCA030 have sealed tubs. While they are shown on Miele tech there is no part number attached to it so I have to assume it is not going to be cost effective.

ModeratorNo chance, the last Google references of user manual requests were back in 2013 and as far back as 2009.
Enjoy it while it’s working 😉

ModeratorIt’s a valve according to Hoover spares, the part number for it is 49024907 I would suspect it’s some sort of vacuum valve. Yours may have something in it causing the scream or it needs replacing.
