    Hi

your oven is fan assisted which means there is a base element and a top oven / grill element according to the attached image. So you need to determine which one is faulty.

Checked Whirlpool as well from your info so as Dave says we need the 12 number code.

Your model number is not recognised by any of the databases I use and Google throws up nothing either. I even shortened the model number down one digit at a time until I got to WH500 which is an Electrolux washing machine!!

So it’s either old or the model info you gave is incorrect.

    Thanks in advance.

You will indeed as DIY gas repairs are a no no. We will not advise on any gas DIY repair as forum rules apply. There is a full explanaation here on this.

I am not aware of Miele having discontinued their integrated washing machines it may be that freestanding appliances are getting more production run time in an effort to catch up.

The Bosch or the AEG would be a good choice.

There was a thread quite some time ago on here where there quite a few different named appliance insurers in the Bournemouth area which all linked back to the same registrant. Needless to say it was a dodgy set up all round.

Any caller from Bournemouth offering work gets the same response ” we require payment up front for the labour and payment for any spares before we supply.” Surprise surprise they all say we don’t work to those terms, Cheerio then 🙂

Looking at the explosion yours have three freezer drawers usually found in 70:30 split machines.

Measure the freezer door height and divide it by the overall appliance height ie if freezer door is 60cm and appliance is 180cm tall then the freezer is a third of the overall height which makes it a 70:30.

To be sure you could phone Neff service on 0344 892 8989 there is an option for product advice, just give them the ENR number and they will do the rest.

The o in the ENR is actually a zero 0.

There is more than likely a split in the extension hose when it gets stretched. Remove the extension hose from its clip at the rear of the brush roller leave it as it comes out and check suction then stretch hose and check again for suction?
