Re: Belkin Ceramic Hob with Fastlite

    Hi Pete

Are you sure it`s a Belkin? They are a PC and phone equipment manufacturer unless they have recently diversified.

I reckon it might be Belling, either way can we have a model number at the same time please ?

    Re: Americam Fridge Freezer Advice

    Hi

Our guide to American fridge freezers here is a good place to start.

There have been issues with some of these over the last few years and samsung made it to Watchdog which can be read in the Refrigeration forum. To get a quality appliance you should be prepared to pay circa £1500 for something like a Maytag, Liebherr or GE.

For the best storage a good pair of seperates without the water and ice will give you improved storage and look just as good especially if one of the doors are reversed to give the “American” look.

A pair of Liebherr would be a good choice if budget allows or Bosch as a second choice.

    HTH 🙂

Moved new post to original thread 😉 , it`s easier for the engineers to be able to see the whole story and answer accordingly.

I posted a topic earlier, about not being able to remove the cap. I’ve undone the back and accessed the pump that way. I undid a screw and removed the motor looking part and not sure how to put it back on! I thought I had done it and when I put the machine back on, water started to leak from the pump part 😯

    HELP 😕 🙁

Re: New washing machine – ISE???

    Hi C

The AW23 has replaced the ISE2. ISE AW23 with a two year warranty £449.99 delivered and installed the only other machine that comes anywhere near close would be the Bosch WAE24364.

Price wise the Bosch is slightly cheaper to buy however if a repair is needed the parts are much cheaper on the ISE due to no mark up on parts.

    Re: Moved

I moved vito`s thread here from the washing machine forum, as it was a European machine. Then I had the thought what If he`s now got the appliance in the UK I probably shouldn`t have moved it 😕 please feel free to move it back.

Moved to the European forum 😉

According to vito`s previous posts it`s a Upo Maxi 510, looks like it`s a Finnish brand produced around Europe.
