ModeratorSorry but that still doesn’t let the retailer off the hook. Bosch didn’t knowingly supply a faulty fridge freezer and likewise the retailer didn’t either. I would still go back to the retailer and if you still don’t get anywhere then I would put it all in writing to them giving them 14 days to respond with a resolution if not you will go to trading standards.
Keep any correspondence or phone calls with dates, times and who you speak to.

ModeratorYour contract is with the retailer, have you contacted them requesting an exchange. The Bosch service history you have is more than sufficient to warrant this.

ModeratorLec is about 2004 from memory so Tony is spot on.
The Frigidaire details will; be found on a label behind one of the freezer bins, usually either top or bottom. If it’s a chest freezer look around the rear.

ModeratorYou need to post up the model and serial numbers of both appliances.

ModeratorAAs you can see from the picture below you should find it behind salad bin in the bottom of the fridge section.
don
ModeratorSadly the info above does not help.
The model number and PNC number we require can be found behind the salad bin in the fridge section.

Thanks 🙂 I forgot about Statesman.
Used to be a stockist of these products, they are okay for the price and have a two year warranty. Normally found in independants and country stores like Mole Avon and Mole Valley Farmers.

ModeratorAll domestic gas cookers are 60cm deep. The 50cm deep market was for mobile homes and narowboats. Bompani as far as I am aware are no longer available.
You could try the caravan or marine suppliers.

ModeratorHi
Starting at the beginning 😉 is the machine connected to the correct cold fill or if it has hot and cold fill are the hoses connected correctly?
Looking at the instructions on page 10 it does state there must be 20mm gap to the left and right side, 5mm gap at the top and a 100mm at the rear. This would certainly allow the heat to dissipate easier. The BSI rating for surface temperatures on ovens are allowed to be up to 60 degree C above ambient room temperature and it’s very rare that any get to this. I have never known a washer or washer dryer get anywhere near this.

Is there a magical website somewhere that can help with this, or am I dreaming?
Yes it’s called the Neff site 😀
Okay you need to use the filters to start with I used slide and hide and pyro cleaning from your list and got to these these if you want steam function then that gets you to a choice of five. From there you can directly compare up to four ovens on the same page, pick your way through them until you get it down to two then look at the price and see where you need to compromise bewteen “wants and needs.”
The connected ones I would not contemplate unless you are going into home automation in a big way. Series differences come down to bells and whistles. I do agree sometimes there are just too many choices .
