Cheers Mr Baron, especially the last bit! But really how many customers read the manual? This guy hadn’t even sent his guarantee form off when he bought it 😕 .

I think I saw a gallery on one of the smut sites [removed] if you must knowthat I was checking out for medical research, as you do, no donkeys [a few hung like] or mules but a fair bit of Muffin, what ever that is 😉 & some Dobbin, popular at Halloween I think ❗

So whats the tool like? If I have one to fit I put it in the foot-well of the van & put the heater on [a bit of a bugger in summer] & go on to the customers, by then it’s a bit more flexy, put one end under me boot ,grab t’other end then do me best Charles Atlas impression , then curse as put the belt on ,but it seems to work. What concerns me is with that kind of tension on the belt how long are the drum bearings going to last?

Went to a 18580 t’other week, just needed a door release button extension thingy .Otherwise in top condition, as they say” don’t make ’em like that anymore”, just disposed of 2 WMA m/cs today both knacked.Did a wm52 bearing change last friday ,it was a pleasure doing it, just like the old 95 series, bliss 😛 .Now if I can do some old Zanussi bearing changes [cast spider type] I be dead chuffed, great engineered m/c all of ’em 🙂

    Re: WMA Rinse aid puzzler

A good way to clean those blocked jets , run some hot water off till it’s warm/hot then connect the hot pipe to the cold valve then put it on a rinse prog. Hopefully should flush the gunk out!

    Re: major plumbing problem

Also why carn’t we get fill pipes with angled fittings at both ends for when a so called plumber puts the taps tight against a wall & base unit?
