    Re: wf620 rear tub

most black pulleys are 30mm but its not set in stone

remove the pulley and look at rear bearing

    30 mm kit uses 6205
    35 mm kit uses 6206

    hope it helps

does it fill as soon as the door locks and does not stop ?

if so check the traic on the board that controls the valve

yes normal 40w or so lamp. any size will do but not too small and not energy saving
you need to replace heater element with something that wont affect the board and you can tell if the heater is switched on
lamp has no earth so cant affect the electronics

some electronics a upset by earth leakage on heater

suggestion disconnect heater and connect a 40w lamp to the wires and run dishwasher

if it works you can says its the heater if not then it cant be

    Re: CDA WC130 8545 495 15840 no circulation

to be honest my next step would be to double check QER

trace motor wires back to board
open board and find out if its fad with a relay or a triac

if its a relay look at rated voltage and check to see if its energized at any time ( means running unit with board on show)
what you are looking for is 1 of 2 things

1 relay is energised with a much lower voltage ie 12v relay gets 6v
2 relay has full voltage but does not close contact

no2 is a failed relay no1 is a power supply problem

if its triac operated check the power supply to the board. A lot of dishwasher use series capacitor power supply when they fail it lowers voltage to board and causes fault 1 above

dont know the wash motor readings but sounds about right. i assume qer would check power supply caps on the board so that should be ok.
where is the board on your model as i dont know it well. is it in door or at the front clipped to the chassis. if its down below had one with a similar fault years ago and it was the lead from the pressure switch. not broken but must have had a short on it but i could not find it. all i know was when i stuck my multimeter to earth while it was on the motor started. very weird but a new cable cured it

so is your got the same faults as mike? or does it present slightly differently.
when you said you had the board looked at do the test it fully or is it just a visual check?

    Re: Miele drier intermittent heat

most miele td have a seperate relay board and these fail or go intermittant

relays are cheap enough if you want to solder them to the board

    Re: CDA WC130 8545 495 15840 no circulation

cant find pictures i need to sort out which unit it is but

    trace wire back to pcb

check for broken wires if timer is in door

trace wires onto timer is motor relay operated or triac. if relay is it faulty if triac does it look ok ie not got a hole in it
look at timer board find power supply. if it is capacitor fed could be this. you can check this by measuring dc voltage on board. there must be at least 1 relay on the board. if you look at the voltage of this it will give you the line voltage of the board. if when you measure you get a lot less then thats it

if you post picture of board will look at it for you
