from memory as i cant find pics

the lid slides back and lifts off. there are 2 plastic clips that have to be unlatched to allow it to move

once the lid is off there are 2 screws at the front of the side then the side unclips and comes off

go back , set on full single grill and see which 2 wires you get 240v on

these as you realise must be on the element serving half grill .

the wire that left goes on the other element

if it works ok, if it doesnt swop the wires on the original element and see if that works

find switch
unplug the wire connection and replace then unplug again and replace. your not taking switch out of the frame just unplugging the wire

by the look of the pic you will have to rivet the new frame on to hold bearing securely

if yours is square then there will be 3 screws at the back of the drum dont need drill or rivets

forgot it was the 3Kg model , dont see many of them

they can go a bit iffy like works then doesnt try taking side off then remove connector and replace twice. if its a bad connection that will fix it

this counts the water in and they go faulty after a time

you machine built aug 13 so could well be the fault or a bad connection to it

you dont need a rivet gun they give you screws in the kit

just need a drill to drill out old ones the correct size for the screws

capacitor connections dont matter either way round

probably need a rear shaft kit

drum has to come out as you have to drill out the old rivets

its not a bad job to do but its common with these rear bearings

as for capacitor are they both 5uF ?

thats the other way
pipe gas to freezer first then if there is any liquid left over it get to the fridge

problem is by the time it gets to the fridge you will have beer ice cream

you need to take the top off run it and look for leaks

if its where a hose enters the drum is almost impossible to replace the hose even if its available

they send gas to freezer and freeze that then pipe the cold air to the fridge

you will struggle to stop things getting too cold in the freezer
