Moderatorwell its not a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} test as you have a 9volt meter and the mains is over 200
when you test insulation the approved meter uses 500volts
all you can do is see if it trips

Moderatorif it is the board it comes without software and needs to be programmed
are you sure its under 2 years old
you could look into the sale of goods act and see if you can get anything off the retailer. your contract of purchase is with them and thats why you approach them and not the manufacturer
there will be example letters online somewhere as you need to quote in the right jargon to make them listen
its a long shot but cant hurt

Moderatoryou will get the error code if the hose is not connected to the marix even if you have 5000 litres a minute coming out
the switch measures the water flow in litres per minute to determine fill level
where are you getting 10 litres a minute from as all the user manual says is water pressure from 0.3 to 10 Bar

Moderatorsome machines dont like long hoses as the pumps struggle to move the weight of water
yes i would take it at floor level and come up from there. less chance of air locks etc

Moderatorthe number is a part number of the flow counter
google search it
the fact the old unit had a reasonable water flow would mean its probably not the fault
