I have one ongoing at the moment.

Called to a daewoo side by side leaking water from ice maker pipe.

Couldnt find any leak testing appliance with test eject button on ice maker..

    Still not leaking.

Apparently over night has flooded floor now wanting to sue me over new carpets..

In hindsite shoyuld have walked away beacause on original call all you could get from the customer was who could he claim for the carpts from..That should have been my alarm bells ring and a side exit left.

Been intouch with my plp brokers who wanted to know if the appliance had leaked prior to my call of course its yes as thats the reason for call..

It dosnt look good for his claim against me.

We will have to wait and see.

its good as long as you are with a 3g area or free wifi….it cant read rtf documents..

I bought 2 for the company and 2 be honest when both contracts are up will find a alternative but then my judgement may be clouded by how O2 have treated me and charged me..I think I have been ripped off with the monthly charges as its in the business name..

I would definatly tell you invest in vodapjone because I will be next time due to areas i travel within.

It was tried with expert appliance care….200+ engineers overheads to expensive with buyng/leasing vans, engineers wages/overtime ,van stock then you have stores call centre admin staff which in that case was another 50 employees…all that to pay aver £35 a call..

You know your self that rural engineers will cost more than city engineers.

My company one was cloned they tested it first by doing to donations to cristian aid. Then clothes from a online designer shop, then from a spanish sports wear company and finally gym equipment fron usa.

Luckily I check the company account each day so was only hit with the designer clothes but that still took 4 weeks to refund the money.

    Re: BELLING 644BL

When you switch the oven thermostat off the fan stops but the temperature light and element stay on.

The thermostat is a 3 terminal version which feeds the fan and element.

The 3 terminal version is nolonger available and a 2 terminal version is now supplied but you have to contact belling regarding the wiring conversion hence i have started here as its cheaper than ring there numbers.

Where does the local traveller come in on this….

he will collect and sell the appliance for scrap and from the sounds of it scrap value has shot up so why should the manufactuer have to pay end of life.

suppose its a different thing if he collects at end of life but then he will only send it for scrap
