    tryed that martin still cant see a picture of the switch can any one out there in appliance land tell me does the switch on the neff hood come as a unit my problum is that when you close the canopy the arm that operates the switch has come away and does no make contact with the switch when the canopy is closed does the switch spring and arm come as one and not seprate thanks 😕 fasetester.

    i hear you but would still like to have a look at clives tool and see how it works and no smart answers so come on clive dont be shy and show us your door boot tool what a lot of ooooooooo 😉 fasetester.

    thanks martin for the reply i have tried that but when i put in the enr number the reply i get no product found when i e mailed bsh the said the part number was 030989 when i asked them if the could confirm that the switch comes as a unit as i dont want them to send me just the micro switch. fasetester. 😕

    thanks again robbra for the info dont know what it was its going all right for now when left on all night checked it in the morning had stopped at 3 and 4 on the program dont think the should be left on all night with every one in bed 🙂 fasetester

    thanks robbra for your reply would the softner or the martix being loose cause a air lock when i went to look at the dishwasher it was going ok the woman said the last time it done that the engineer was working at something on the side of it and said the were prone to air locks is that true can the seal be changed on the main washer pump. fasetester 😕

    well guys any beko experts with any more help that can add to what chris has said have to go and check it out tomorrow are the prone to air locks and blockages the dishwasher was left on all night and in the morning it had stopped at 3 and 4 on the program thanks fasetester 🙁

    thanks chris for your reply the the man said it happened before and the engineer done something inside that cured it he said it was air locked can you get at the pump from inside when you take out the filter are the prone to any pipes blocking up the pump you are talking about chris is it the main wash pump that the seal leaks or the empying pump are the 2 seperate pumps is there any way to test the ntc if the are faulty does the case crack on them or any burn marks can the be tested with a meter do you go in from the front or under neath thanks fasetester.

    dont bother with loopy juice what about some info on the dishwasher repair on the beko d3422fw are they prone to any fault where the program stops at 3 and 4 and what would cause an air lock a blockage some where and then i will have some electric soup that should liveing thing up a bit zzzzzzz zzzzzzzz fasetester 😆

    john would you work on machines in laundry rooms are the diffcuilt to work on like speedy cleaners would you say a good domestice appliance engineer could repair them 🙂 fasetester

    thanks chris for your reply do you know of any forum or web site that would show you the guts of the big boys and in your experience does much the same things go wrong with commercial appliances and laundry equipment that would go wrong with domestice do most of the laundry equipment open at the front and do the have similar faults to domestic equipment not many commercial companies would take on domestice engineers a lot of them are looking for corgi reg engineers what about glasswashers are the similar to dishwashers to repair thanks again fasetester 🙂

    thanks welsh boy what i would like to ask you as you are a commercial appliance engineer is there a lot of difference in the domestic and the commercial working inside as i would like to get into commercial repair and kitchen appliance repair i know a lot of the commercial and kitchen appliances run on 3 fase or am i wrong and is ther much difference in dishwasher appliances and glasswashers is there a web site that can help you repair commercial if you dont want to answer all this in the forum you could send me pm thanks or if any one else has info please reply fasetester :?ps i was talking to some one who said domestice repair is hard work and very little return what do you all think.
