    Re: 0800 Repair

i wonder if jtm have told their new franchises that …

a lot of their call-outs will be to

cheap rubbish appliances usually bought from argos for about £160..
and that they will be waiting months for spare parts

customers will be calling them constantly wondering when their appliance is going to be sorted

and then finally when the spares arrive , their customer will tell them that retailer exchanged the appliance last week as they couldnt wait any longer..

of course they will be paying for these spares that no-one wants… ohh and then there the small matter of returning the said spares for a credit….. oh joy..

and finally the nice customer who buy these cheap appliance will have great joy and glee telling all thier freinds/family that the silly vans will the scewdrivers on top are useless , cant get spares bla bla bla …

    Re: SAMSUNG SRS20 S/SFRIDGE FREEZER

we have seen lots with this type of drain heater failure and the mess it leaves , i have always just replaced and had no probs …

think its build up of water and breakdown of heater wire that causes mess…

Re: Massive Samsung Recall For Exploding Fridges!

samsung have mod kit for most american style f/f , and it looks as though they will fit to any if customer calls in..

think they are trying to apease any customer with american style appliance..

i would expect that you wont be able to get any of the kits unless you are authorized samsung agent..

were doing 10 tomoro . so will see how it goes ..
