    update ,
    went to call today..as it turns out the cooker did have the part in question, very easy repair …part situated just behind control panel..

    bit confusing as part not listed in tds under model ??.

    you learn something new everyday

    CHEERS MARTIN , it came in as enquiry for repair via repairs @ ..
    customer had done a bit of research b4 he got to us and seemed to think he had a problem with this part, he had kindly supplied part no and asked if we could supply fit , as i have never done one i just pre-orderd , cust states oven cutting out after 15 mins..
    does the toc you mention cause simular fault ??

    not so happy times for esd engineers… no wage rise ..
    but line managers and office staff treated to increase..
    rummored to be off loading 50 engineers..bubble bursting or has centrica decided to stick to gas products

    credit crunch must be effecting customers with kitchen appliance contracts ..

    parts easy to get to.. take of module cover on top of f/f and you will see fuse..

    ps you wont need test prog. fairly common fault-caused by bulb failure.

    connect have them , just enter 530001500 . think they cross it over to merloni type switch , its blue and white in colour..

    possibily tray not twisting enough.. i would have a guess that ice maker assy faulty, we do a lot of samsung and normally changing ice maker cures these type of faults..

    i use the olde bet with the kids …..ehhhh i bet you cant run to the fridge get me a beer and be back here in under 10 seconds ..

    works a treat … dont know if they are falling for it , or just getting me beer to shut me up ??..

    these can be a bit of a mine field.. if its an insurance job we normaly order pcb and stator..

    lg tech state if little red led is lit on pcb , then pcb should be ok ……take that with apinch of salt.
