my mate has all his calls etc on their .. you can access via any computer or iphone etc …
very good once you work your way round things

you can send customer an email with invoice – they then log into pay-pal via link in email and pay …
we use a lot when dealing with landlords etc .. you can also have a virtual terminal via pay pal , basicaly you log in to your paypal account where you have the facility to take card details etc ..

tbh its the people who keep buying cheap rubbish that are causing this – maybe there should be a leaflet etc ontop of the appliance stating its life cycle and what it will cost to get rid of ..maybe a sliding scale of end of life fees, depending on quality of product ..
if retailers were forced to display life cycles etc – then maybe customer would be able to make an informed choice – rather than been sold whatever the saleman has been told to sell

i always try to give the mobile vans a subtle one finger salute when i pass , ive always wanted to run up and spray paint their window or something … what a sad life they have sitting in their wee van all day.. bet they are part time refs at weekend ..
my mate got caught with mobile , when he contested they sent him a photo with hin stuffing a chesse burger in his gob with one hand and chips in the other – he sheepishly decided to take the speeding fine ..
their a online lawers firm who will contest speeding/parking fines for you cant remember their name but they were on talk sport last week ..

i think one of the things we do forget – is that we are constantly using our physical and mental strength all day long –
meeting customer time slots –
running late –
20minute job turning into a 2 hour nightmare
office on the phone as you are late for next cust ..we are under so much pressure trying to solve other peoples problems – this cant be good for us ..
i know its what you make it and some people are not cut out for it – and there is other jobs that are more stressfull – but all being said we do have a high pressure and sometimes stressfull job ..
personally i have a laid back approach and recognise its all just abig game that you need to learn fast – sometimes the hard way ..
well thats me of to my floatation tank now …
ps really hope your engineer-mate getts better sounds like he may need some profesional help

i must admit the average cameras has helped in the m80 thers about 15-20 miles of them , before they went in ally you got was 60 down to nothing – 5minutes at nothing and then back up tp 60 …
now everybody at 40 – no holds ups apart from breakdowns etc …im told you can do 50 ..
the police should concentrate more on catching drivers with no insurance mot etc …
we moterist are ripped of as soon as we turn the key ..
