Its a twin relay timer –

as above – have connected the live/neutral to the bottom two inputs – the 4 relay outputs are to the left of the picture.

Re: LEISURE COOKMASTER CM101 NO SPARK

Hi guys, can confirm there is power from the output side of the clock, on the one connector but only when the ignition button is pressed. Does this seem right !!

Is there any way to test the ignition unit safely or is it just a swop out ?

    An help much appreciated.

Hi Geoff, thanks for the info, will re-visit and check clock output – the ovens will light with a match – I do hear a “firing” sound but no spark is generated.

Hi Martin – no its not the reverse motion thats the problem – I know they reverse – just seems to run in either direction when it feels like it. The timer is counting down as expected but the motor is just not turning. Have had the sides off and put a meter across the cap terminals and shows no voltage until the motor fires up.

    Re: Zanussi ZWD12270 ERROR

Hmmm – visited site – tried machine with heater disconnected – same error – tried new interlock – same error.

Machine takes in water for about 10 seconds then you hear the door click open and the pause/start light flashes green !!

Module ?? lots of money !!

    Mitch

ps – didnt disconnect the dryer heater – might this give me the problem even at filling up stage ?

Thanks for the reply – no I did not – is it self-resetting ? because this is the type of error we have – blows cold, leave for a while, blows hot !!!
