I’m told Qualtex only supply the parts under warranty and you have to fix it FOC ?Bought It And had A better Price With Polar Direct.
As For Repairs They Don’t Do Service ON site Apparently The appliance Is Shipped Back To Them For Repair if They Cant Fix It Its ReplacedGarn..

I Just Installed For The Customer Polar Jet Stream Twin Tub I Must Say It May Seem Flimsy But I Put To The Test And It Works very Well
Had It Direct With Polar Them Selves Give me A Trade Price To 😉
Apparently Qualtex Only Designed The Box Packaging.
For Easy removal By The Customer.
If You Order A Twin Tub From Polar You Still get The Qualtex Logo On The Box. And If You Order From Qualtex They Don’T Stock These Twin Tubs They Just Get Polar to Send It Out.Garn
