Yes iv Had 2 myself. you May have been partially thrown off your diagnosis. during inspection because the way is was functioning, il go through the nightmare of scenarios testing checking.

The behavior of the appliance its working sometimes.

Starts Pumps Works No blockage, Water fills, You Have drum rotation,

it starts washing mixing the clothes up with soap display is counting down, All of a sudden it stops in its tracks, between 3 and ten minutes into the wash cycle .

HA at this point all of a sudden all types diagnosis scenarios are going through your head:confused:

Ok Have A Quick Listen And look to see whether the soap generator circulation pump is working. restart cycle again.

Now before you go and remove the front face of the machine to check the heater and probe because they come into working anything between 3 and 10 minutes of the wash cycle and may stop because they could be faulty.

Get Your meter out and check the input voltage PLUG FLEX 240 volts

after me spending hours on the first appliance fault it took me hours to find this because it was partially working and stopping in its tracks .

Fault THE MACHINE will Spin empty fill Up with waster and start to mix the load ALL ON 237 VOLTS But it wont carry on

its was the blinking sealed plug breaking down not quite enough power to run it 237 volt is got to have 240 VOLTs also the 2nd appliance was the same fault and the plug was hot this time .

Hope this helps and save some time .
