ParticipantRe: Bosch Maxx Plus WFO2680GB/01 Question of Sump
Hi
Ball should be inside “bulge” part of sump hose.
I have never seen the ball ever snag a drum and cause a belt to come off but there is a first for everything 😕 .
The dent probably caused by a foreign object TBH.
Reasons for belt coming off would be IMHO
1/ Overloading
2/ Poor distribution possibly due to brushes wearing (worth a check)Power off of course if you are to investigate :plug:

Mmm thats a tuffy 😕
You cannot access the impeller as per instructions in your manual, it isn’t that type 😡
Only way is to remove pump from its housing and remove whatever is in there, but like they say, it will probably invalidate your guarantee :con:
Mayber someone has the answer on here 😀Greg

Hi
I think you will find the 10 year parts and labour is for breakdown and you will without doubt incur a charge if foreign debris has caused the fault 😯Greg

ParticipantRe: Bosch WFF 2001: drum not turning – brushes OK
Just to compound your dilemma even further, you may also have module damage due to the motor fault 😥
Just to give you the full picture incase you take the plunge with the motor 😉Greg

Wrong coding may damage the module so in theory it may work for a while.

ParticipantRe: bosch sgv43a03gb17
Module will have to be coded, but unfortunately due to copyright so we are unable to provide you with this information. You could try contacting bosch directly to see if they will provide you with this information.
Sorry but I’m governed by the rules and in no way trying to hinder your repair.Greg

ParticipantRe: bosch sgv43a03gb17
A new module would need to be coded to tailor it to your particular model 😉

ParticipantRe: bosch sgv43a03gb17
IMHO I think the module has lost its marbles or you have inadvertantly activated its coding or customer service programme.
Either way I would seek pro help on this one 😉
Please feel free to use the link below to find a suitably qualified engineer in your are.Greg

Did it show this after a cycle or as soon as you selected cycle?

When you say ALL lights, do you mean the ones on the programme buttons?
