ParticipantRe: Bosch WFL2450GB/01 – not empting at end of wash
Hi
I would change both valves IMHO
If as you say it keeps filling even when not powered up then its definately one of the water valves staying open. If you don’t want to change both, the best way to deduce which one is at fault is to turn of the feed tap to each fill hose in turn to see which stops it filling.
Parts are as follows, looking from the rear of appliance, l/h valve is p/no 428212 and the one next to it is p/no 428210. Both spares are available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk .Around the £10 – £20 each plus the usual.Power off if you are to attempt the repair.

Ok
How about the connectors on the module.the mains suppressor at the rear or dry joint /s on the module. Power off of course prior to investigation :plug:Greg

Hi
It sounds like the mains suppressor is breaking down.
With the power off, you will need to locate it and change it. On this one I think it is front left behind the lower plinth.
Part is available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk if required 😀Greg

ParticipantRe: dishwasher stopping mid cycle
Hi
I would first check the mains socket and plug for signs of overheating or if you have wired the plug yourself I would check to see that the screw terminals are making good contact to the wires.
Try those for starters 😉Greg

Hi
Far easier with the motor off to change brushes.
The brushes if required are here but if you pop your model number up which can be found around the door inner or on the rear of the applaince; then we can be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}.
Please unplug first before attempting any work on the appliance :plug:Greg

As Paul says, this one has sheet steel covering the base.
On its back, watching you don’t crush any of the pipes, remove base via 2x torx20 screws or on the newer ones the plate is just nibbed in.Greg
