    Hi Dave

Many thanks – will go back and try all versions before fitting module.
Interested in information on high voltage as we do suffer from transformers giving out wrong voltage.

    Hi Martin

Thanks for reply. the condensor itself is clean but suspect that this was done before I got there as the rear is full of fluff.

How ever I have found out that unlike the hotpoint where one hole gets blocked this unit has a series of water channels built into base. If these get blocked I understand that the unit needs to be completly stripped down and the base replaced.
Long job and expensive part. Power washing of channels does not seem to be succesful.

awaiting customer to come back on estimate

    Hi Dave

Thank you for reply. I do have the parts on back order with Connect. it is just that I find Samsung parts a nightmare on times and was looking to see if there was another supplier out there besides Connect.

Model of the appliance is B21S6T077/XEU

    Happy new year

Re: Health And Safety & Equality And Diversity Policy Docume

    Hi

As a sole trader I needed a policy but without the big price tag and found Comply UK
I have used Andy at Comply UK for several years now not only for the original policy but for yearly updates.

All I have had to do is send some basic information about business and about a day later you get the required paperwork all filled in ready to print off.

    Give him a try afrost@complyuk.co.uk

    Re: Hotpoint BCI450 fault codes?

    Hi Ray

These two lights indicate that the machine has a heating fault.

check connections and heater. If no neutral at heater after soap dispenser has opened on quick wash then it is more than likely the module
