    Re: Stagnent Indesit 143S

Are you in a hard water area?

Rather than Calgon, I’d use something like this, because Calgon is just a descaler.

Even better would be a detergent containing bleach, like Ariel powder. Powder, not liquid or tabs!

That could be a loose concrete weight, or maybe just your workmanship 🙁 Im very sorry if I insult you, but I guess your not a professional appliance repairer.

Lancelot wrote:If so, what is the most likely cause of it not bothering with the temperature

That thermistor does do all the temperature sensing, these rarely go faulty 😕 My guess would be that the machine doesn’t have time do get to that temperature on a ‘C’ wash. I reckon Iadom can confirm/correct this next time he’s online (we all just left the national meeting about 4 hours ago 🙂 )

Lancelot wrote:Lastly, is there ANY chance of getting my hands on a circuit diagram

Nope 🙁 You’ve got more chance of winning the lottery, twice!

I’m sure you know all ready, but unplug the machine before any mantainance.

    Re: Bosch WFO2867GB

    Errr… it’s made in the EU 😉

Not sure about that model 😕 Maybe Turkey, Slovakia, Portugal.

The important point is, that they are all designed in Germany! It isn’t that important where they are built.

If you want a triple ‘A’ rated machine with a big drum, you should get our very own ISE, which has just been launched. The website will be running very soon, and depending on your location, you could have one by the end of week 😀

That shows how much attention he was paying!

That was probably when Goatboy was dis-assembling the ISE, and he was bored 😉

Straight on up over the top, and drop down to large crossroads with lights & the Fox & Goose pub on the right, keep going straight on. Then follow your nose to the right around a strange one-way bit keeping right around an old building in the road, up past the retail park, Currys Comet & all that, (Stechford) past the leisure centr on the left, up and over the railway bridge. Station Rd, straight on at lights, (There is a police station on left, Bordesly Green Rd & Heartlands hospital up the road on the right) You don’t want to go there, keep going ahead up to a small R/Bout, take the second exit, sort of straight on, as you go along you will see there is a common on the right. That will take you up to the Swan R/Bout, hang a left, drop down and you are on the A45 heading towards the NEC with all the traffic going the other way.

    Errr… think I’ll do the M6 toll then 😆

See you there Alex  (and greg)

Wow! 😯 That’ll be my new signiture 😆

I’d say make the Siemens fit, or make the door fit on the Miele!

    😕

If not, I’d go for the AEG!

So, come down the M6 toll, and just one junction on the M42?

What do you think the traffic is like at 9am on a Friday there? 🙁

    That’s ok!

It’s just you don’t know who writes these reviews, and their motives. Whether it’s a sales-man, or an engineer?

Luckily, you people know somewhere to get free independent advice 😉
