Sorry, kind of a mixture of them two.

You can’t get a ‘quality’ dishwasher off feebay for that price. :lesson:

Doh! Probably. 🙁 I don’t know that particular model off the top of my head.

The interlock is the mechanism that the door catch goes into. It locks and unlocks the door.

Usually before failing all-together, the lock will be tempromental. Have you been having to slam the door to start the machine lately?

PS. Please don’t stick your hands in the machine without unplugging it!

We are very quiet on sales, but repairs seem to be fairly busy 🙂

An expert wouldn’t take the front panel off to change the door seal! It is unsafe to give non-experts step-by-step instructions on repairs. The next person that reads this might electricute himself, chop his hand off, who knows.

If you were paying for a service, you’d have scope for complaint. But I can’t believe that people complain about a free, voluntary service 🙄

ps. Gald to hear you got sorted

    😯 Meh! 😕

It could be the interlock 😕 though obviously I can’t say for sure without seeing the machine.

Engineer time me thinks! Or if your going to have a look at that interlock, unplug the appliance first!

ps. The serial number would help? It’s a 12 digit number starting with 914…

Is there any water in the machine?

The machine won’t let you open the door if it has water inside 😕

Besides that, you could try Repairs@

Yeah, I was looking through the shop for some cleaner, which leads nicely off-topic to…

Rather than the ‘Oust’ I reckon you should sell the Herloni cleaner. It’s 10 sachets in a box, so you sell it for more mullar 😀

    Tis! Good point! 😀

The problem with your machine rossy, is a build-up of bacteria. Hot washes and detergents containing bleach, are the long-term solutions.
