    Re: Hotpoint BF41 dishwasher

Thanks for that EFS, Got an order running with M/P and as the spray arm is cheaper might as Well go with them as it will P&P free, Your right though I have saved loads going for the Brandt version of the parts in the past Especially on the door hinge kit for this model. HP list hinges up to £68 squid each, But Brandt / Fagor do a complete kit for £30 odd (32X0611).

Ta, For that Martin, The Milled Bush is missing but the Masterpart pic shows that the molded hub comes with this bush. £16 squid + for 2 small bit of plastic .

    Sorry Chris,
Just read your last post. Its years since I was drunk enough to eat a Donna kebab :eeek: But I must say that my local Greek kebab place can do a very good Chicken or Lamb Shish And I have a Customer / Friend who is a Greek Cypriot and the lamb kebabs he makes are to die for. I,am getting hungry again 😆

Talking of tight fitting cab tops. I have been out to two servis machines where I could not remove the tops, It looks like it molded in the the facia. Managed to repair from underneath , But will have to remove one some day.

Cheers Jim, Its Italian on Saturday night for me then, Must admit though I prefer lighter Italian food, My fave is seafood Linguine with a green salad and fresh ciabatta and as we have an excellent Seafood stall near us it might include Mussels,Crab claws calamari and giant prawns. I could eat it now. 😆

Must be getting near to Christmas, Went to a customer today to write of his Smeg dishwasher. He gave me 3 bottles of wine. 1 red 1 White and a bottle of something pink, I think the boss will drink that, And as for the red he told me its a little bit tart! : 😕 Whats the best food to to eat with one of those mouth puckering reds we have all tasted and pretended we like? You can tell I’m not a wine expert. Now if it was Larger, Hic, Hic 😆

Jim, Had this a couple of times and it was the matrix. Try to join the inlet from the pump to the matrix to the outlet from the the matrix temporarily, And if it pumps OK then thats the problem.

    Re: Pension funding?

I worked out that if I live to 75 I would receive 3/4 of my pension fund and my thoughts were: 75{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} while alive is better than 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} When dead. Although I still have the mortgage I have been able to help my kids to get a start, Pay off all other debts and cancel the credit card.

    Re: Pension funding?

I’m still not sure I did the right thing when I hit 50 as I took a 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} lump sum and now receive a monthly pension which covers my mortgage payments. I could only do this because I transfered from a company to a private pension about 15 years ago and due to the pension mis selling scandal I received quite a large amount of compensation which added to my pot. As I noticed that the fund was reducing year on year my reasoning was take the money before it dwindled to nothing and the security of knowing my mortgage is covered if for any reason I could not work, Because as you know as self employed you get sod all help from the state.
