Re: Lucrative Dishwasher Money going west

I picked up a fantastic tip from some Genius on this forum: To empty the dishwasher soup when the pumps Penguined. Remove the top spray arm, Place a bucket under the top basket, and the sump will empty itself. as long as you can set the machine to a wash position. Did it last Saturday ,Customer was well impressed. 8).

Sorry, That TinyUrl conversion didn’t work, Google Europart Loging and enter the Model Number. It shows a spring kit.

Called back today and wouldn’t you know it, Done 3 loads no problems,
Must be my magic touch . I think Andill was right, Thats the only reason I can see that would cause the stats to would fail so quickly. Advised the customer that if they fail again I will price up a new timer..

Again thanks for all the help.

Strange thing was, That the tenant was at work when the fire started, so the pump was not running. I felt sorry for her when she told me the firemen called her from her home number and said “There has been a fire in your flat”, Must have been a great drive home.Looking at the pictures again, I,am sure the cap has exploded as you can see the end of it on the floor in front of the pump.
