Thanks for that Spanner will order one from Connect. Could any one remind me how you can get the front panel to hinge out allowing access to the door boot?.

Baz, How many calls do you get a day and how many miles do you drive between them? Only asking out of interest because distance between jobs and your geographical area might make a big difference to how we all operate. I do at least 8-10 jobs a day get £30 for at least 5 of them on average and my mileage over 6 days is 200 miles. Maybe this makes a difference to how we all work.

I have changed my attitude to my no Call out charge philosophy of late. As i now get about 30{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of my work from letting agents and Landlord I am guaranteed a payment as I have always charged commercial customers a call out fee. When my private customers call and ask if I charge for a call out my reply is: If i can repair the appliance within 30 Min without fitting any spares There will be a charge of £30. If parts are required I will not charge a callout and quote for for the repair Not had any customers turn down my offer as of yet. This may be a compromise between the Call out and No call out camps.

As the machine was 1 day old there was no way I was going to undo even one screw, I suggested she contacted the supplier and demand a replacement as it is a £600 appliance and the response she received from Miele was disgusting. They offered her a service call with a delay of 13 Days and suggested that she should have had it installed by one of there agents 👿 I have fitted dozens of integrated M/cs over the years and this is the first time I have come across one with the fascia panel packed separately and has to be fitted.

Thats interesting Seamy, I only watched it for 20 Min’s on a 50c wash, But there was defiantly no heat. Seemed to fill and start wash in the usual time and customer told me that the first time she tried it the program ran for over an hour and there were no lights flashing to indicate a fault but ended with the load still wet.

Thanks Simon , Just read your previous post and that looks like what I’m after never seen a brush like that before! Going to make a bit on this one, Cust thought he would have a look before calling any one, And did the old, Pull machine out without checking the hose length, Nasty sound of high pressure water flooding his kitchen at an alarming rate, He managed to isolate the supply at the stopcock and I called withing the hour and capped of the tap ends and told him I will call again on Thursday, But be prepared to pay 😛

    Re: Lofra 90cm Gas range

Would anyone one know where the model no might be found on Lofra ranges? This one looked a pig to get out by myself, But if there is a chance of the mod no being on the back I will ask the customer for some assistance.
