    Hi Alanj

Thats the first thing I checked as I do come across that quite often. There is water in the base but only on the L/H side and only behind the motor, And not underneath it. The strange thing is if I put some kitchen towel under the centre of the machine about 9inches in, It get wet 😮 .

Phidom, I have come across loads of Belling models made by Creda with the light fitting blanked off, Always seemed a bit penny pinching to me But I am sure you could order any currant Creda lamp holder and lens and wire it in to the fan live and neutral.

Jim, Had the modem fitted on Thursday and have been running speed tests ever since, Seems to average at about 6Mgbs, not as good as I hoped but double what I had previously. I think there may be a problem with the local network as they are alway working on the outside cabinets.
Still every thing running a lot quicker now, So thanks for the advise.

Jim, Big thanks for that advise about the modem, Have just spent 2 hrs getting passed between foreign and UK call centres, dialed 5 different numbers but finally got through to an English speaking tech who within 2 minutes agreed I have the wrong modem, He has booked a service call for tomorrow to fit a new one . By the way you said you had upgraded to the 10mgbts service, What was your result on the speed checks?

    Thanks

Martin, How can I quote £270 + for a machine which only cost £300 in the first place. Although this agent is slow in paying I dont want to take the P**s as they do pay eventually. My first thought was the dispaly module as the machine seems to work ok, But I have been lumbered with unused parts before and was trying to avoid it happenig again.

Just had an e mail from the letting agents and they want a firm quote for the washer. So if I order a display module and and it turns out to the main module any want to buy it of me 😆 £1200 squid p.m to rent a house that would pay my mortgage for 4 months. Not even that great a house just enough room for 2 cars, No utility room 4 bedrooms but 2 very small and on a massive estate.

Martn All the programs appear to work correctly and you can almost make out what its saying, The tenant is paying £1200 pm rent and is insisting she whants it repaired or replaced.

Tim, What the problem with the fill hoses? as I nearly had a major disaster with one I had fitted.
