ParticipantYou do need to take the bezel off, and the front panel… very similar to a wma
you may have to take one, maybe both weights off and have the strength of an ox
not hard, just time consuming

Participantthe back panel is at the rear of the machine, further down from where the screws for the lid are
you dont need to take the top off
helo_75
Participantput board on, test it
they come programmed

Participantno, its plug and play, with edge connectors
but u will need to leave it for 10 mins unplugged, to allow the capacitor to dissipate or youll get a nasty shock
helo_75
Participantthey arent so bad
u need to take the plug out, leave it for 10 minutes and remove the back panel
the pcb is on the left hand side at the rear, its screwed to the back of the cabinet, just make a note of the wiring before you remove it
id give emw a call first, cos they may need to put the correct software on it first
please, think safety first, remove the plug and be carefull of the razor sharp edges of the back panel
good luckhelo_75
Participantim with kwatt on this one
theres massive amounts of info on the net, be that on here or other sites
the wma bearings thread was a typical example of that, the blow by blow account was evidentally from a non proffessional.
whatever we’d have done, there was little any one could do to stop the individual pulling that machine apart.. he wasnt prepared to payim sure theres a good take up of people using this site who take on good advice and use the online shop to assist them, thats the point, isnt it better to get SOMETHING back, rather than lose out completely?
ull never stop the public, you gotta try and get what you can from them, by whatever means…
you need to google, and see some of the other, badly moderated sites, allowing dangerous, bad information, which means ukwg stands head and shoulders above them all imho

Participantf03 is officially an ntc fault
thats the temperature sensor on or near the heater
to be honest, its normally the pcb thats faulty, but its usuall worth tightening the connectios.. it sometimes works
depending how competent you are, http://www.emwelec.co.uk can supply you a pcb to fit , programmed at a reasonalble price
