😳Hands up time, I saw Martin’s post in the aforementioned thread, and agreed that it should not be in ‘UK Whitegoods’ so moved it to ‘Off Topic’ but reading the header for the ‘General Trade’ forum………”This forum is for any general queries, questions, humour, chat, anything really”………. I thought I had made a mistake as the post is trade related as opposed to completely off topic, so I moved it again, I hope I am making myself clear. 🙂

That last one came through, clean as a whistle, displayed in the body of the e-mail after I allowed it and appeared as a jpeg icon in the ‘Attached’ window, clicking on that also opened perfectly, pity about the picture, still you had a lucky win today against MK Dons.
From that it would seem that it could be happening when you ‘Forward’ attached images that have at some time passed through an AOL or Yahoo account. Sometimes I just get fed up of clicking on ones from my mate on AOL and just bin them.
I will have to run my virus checker now, hopefully it will remove all traces of that last picture. 😉 🙂

Don, I recieved your e-mail and could view the picture you sent, I hope it was not one of you on the beach. 😆
I think that the spawn of Satan, AOL could poking its sticky fingers in the way. I have a friend who sends me lots of stuff and he is on AOL 😥
I sometimes have to open the attached file several times to get at the picture, especially if it has been forwarded. first I click on the attachment which has a ‘mail’ icon, then I get a dialogue box asking if I really want to open it, with attachments from my friend I have sometimes had to click on open as many as 6 times to get at the jpeg. The picture you sent required me to ‘open’ the file three times before I could view it, also possible that Yahoo may be involved as well.
I would post the picture on here but people may be having their lunch. 🙂

PS. Checking the headers,and the other people that picture has been forwarded to does show one AOL and one Yahoo user. You could try to send me a virgin e-mail with any ‘suitable’ 😉 jpeg from your PC.Re: How far do you go to help people…
Perhaps Eastlmark could have used this example on how to appear helpful and courteous to first time, public posters. 😉 😀

It would have to be an absolutely massive picture, or large number of pictures, unless they are Paint Shop or Photoshop images, jpeg’s and bmp files are not that big.
If your Outlook is part of an Office suite then you could try to repair it using the CD Rom, or even re install it to clear any possibly corrupted files.Re: Creda TCR14 Condenser Dryer not heating

Microsoft, under extreme pressure from all sides have brought forward the patch. It is now available today. You can get it here or via Microsoft Update. If you have installed the unofficial patch you should remove that via ‘Add-Remove Programs’ first. 😀
