I have the thing all in pieces.

Please have a little patience, most of the trade members who give their free, valuable help and advice are doing so if and when they can find the time during their own working day.

Re: Hotpoint SDW60 – electrical fault?

The error code as you correctly state is supposed to be blocked filters but can also be pressure sensor or main circulation pump failing. I certainly wouldn’t spend that sort of money on a Chinese made appliance. 🙁

Looks like the customers happier than the skilled tradespeople.

Switch off the power and tilt the machine to one side, if water runs out from underneath then you still have a leak.

Well Bark.com seem to have bought out Skillpages, a business so good that it claimed to have 20 million users, it still went bust with debts of 24€ million. :rolls:

Apart from making it smell like a chip shop, vinegar in the machine is a total waste of time. :rolls: :rolls:

Ah, in your first post you said rinse + drying lights. 😉

Those lights are a drain time out error. Is the pump actually running, empty the machine completely, remove the pump filter, set to drain or spin and look inside the pump chamber to see if the impellor is going round correctly. If the four bladed impellor has any side to side play then you may need a new drain pump, well worthy changing.

Actually to get 7 years out of what is a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} Indesit washer dryer is some way above average.

The error codes on these are given by flashing the function buttons, Delay Start,Super Wash, Quick Wash, 1200/600.

One very good reason not to attempt a board repair yourself, a subsequent fire would hammer your PLI and could even have more serious repercussions.
