ModeratorRe: have i offended someone here
If you don’t get a reply to a post and if you are still having problems it is perfectly in order to ‘bump’ your thread to put it back on the list of new posts. Sometimes threads get missed or the people who have read them genuinely don’t know the answer. 🙂

Well spotted George. :clown:
In fact if you did actually have something that really was Unicorn Poo it would not be junk, it would be unbelievably valuable due to its rarity.

ModeratorRe: Triton T80si
I am on my second Triton shower at home and over the years have done a couple of repairs on them, solenoid valve, flow regulator. not bad to work on, but take care removing the front cover, it can get a bit brittle near the screw fixings.
I swapped my old T80si for a Triton Entice myself last year.
They have a good web site with full parts diagrams.
That is quite an old unit now so not as much tech info on the site as there used to be for that model.

Merged threads, best to keep it all in one place. 😉

Bear in mind, on some of these switches one set of contacts is a momentary switch so does not appear to be simply open or closed. It only makes as the switch is pressed then opens when the pressure is released. This switch is usually quite reliable. Do not join any wires or you may do serious damage.

ModeratorRe: Zanussi ZWF16581W – Sealed drum?
Take the mains plug out, pop the top off and you will soon see if it has a sealed drum or not. If there is no sign of any screws around the middle of the drum it’s sealed. Depends how much use it gets but it won’t last too long. 🙁
Beat me to it. 😀

As easy or as difficult as your skill levels will allow, for me its a piece of cake and takes a couple of minutes. However I have no idea just what your level of proficiency is so have no idea how easy you would find it. 😉
Remove the mains plug, take the lower back panel off and follow your nose.

Yes, but he has played quite well in the small amount of time he has had on the pitch after his injury.
Lambert didn’t even get on the pitch yesterday as they persisted with that clown Ballotelli. :rolls:

Thanks Martin , wasn’t sure but still sounds like a goosed motor, in fact it could even have a Chinese motor fitted. The most recent AEG(Zanussi) I wrote off had a Chinese inverter board in it, blown by a duff motor. :rolls:

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint Aqualtis tripping electrics – door interlock?
The only way you can find out what is causing the problem is to megger all components for insulation leaks. It could be just about anything and the fact it occurs as soon as the door locks does not mean the lock is faulty.

ModeratorRe: indesit di67
Your research is flawed, lights 1+2 flashing indicates a drain time out. The drain pump is blocked or jammed or there is an obstruction in the outlet pipe.
NB. The error codes are given by the four lights on the RIGHT, next to the selector knob.
