ModeratorProduct or PNC number will begin with 916******.
Some of these later Zanussi dryers have 3 phase motors not old style capacitor run motors so correct identification is essential.

ModeratorWould also need the PNC or product number to identify parts etc.

ModeratorSorted, now just need you to PM me your email address.;)

ModeratorSounds like a failed motor capacitor, usually accessed from side panel not back.

ModeratorDo you have the full PNC number? Let me have it and PM me an email address and I will see what I can find.

ModeratorNot sure if they will be of any use but I have EW81, EW82.85 and EW84 could all be very similar to yours?

ModeratorF13= Dryer ntc open or short circuit fault.
Check efficiency of contacts on connector J011 (commutator) or
J14 (three-phase) on PCB;
– Check NTC impedance value on wiring connectors J011
(commutator) or J14 (three-phase) between pin 1 and pin 2.
The impedance value at ambient temperature (20°C) must be
approximately 20 KOhm;
– If measurement is incorrect check NTC wiring;
– Check the same parameter directly on the NTC (20 KOhm);
– Renew NTC;
– Renew PCB.iadom
ModeratorThe link you posted is not for your machine. This link to a similar Hotpoint machine is what you need, ignore all of the flashing lights. The error code is given by reading the right hand vertical lights from BOTTOM to TOP with the bottom light being No:1. They are shown horizontally in the link to save space. 😉
https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/…wd-fault-codesOr give us the positional numbers of the steady lights from BOTTOM to TOP.

ModeratorI don’t know for sure but I suspect your machine is not a real ASKO but a rebadged Gorenje. I have never seen one of their dishwashers close up.
