As regards question #2. The vent hose should always go through the wall as low as is possible, it should never be routed up and out as this will allow the hose to fill with condensation and wet fluff.

Didn’t spot this before. As with your engineer it is not something I have encountered in the past. If you send me a private message with your email address I will see what I can do regarding a manual. It would indicate problems in the motor/pcb area though sadly.:(

You need a cold water feed to cool the internal condenser.

Just checked and if your lights are flashing steadily the fault code is F01 which is a main board fault. Just checked and they are £125 plus of course the £20:00 for the smart card and the £151:00 for the card reader. There are companies who will repair these modules but there is a strong possibility that a fault on the motor has blown the board.

Why do you want to know the cost of a main circuit board?( Very expensive and need programming with a £20 smart card and. £150 card reader).

Whilst the board itself can be damaged by something tripping the electrics it is rarely the cause of this, main motor and heater far more common causes of tripping. For error codes the lights don’t flash rapidly, they blink steadily.

At £998.69 + £90.27 delivery, is it worth the risk…seriously what do you think. 😉

And they only only have the one.

Does the Shop/Store run on a different server, just tried looking up a couple of cooker fan oven elements and it is taking ages to load the pages, tried washer and dishwasher which don’t seem as bad but fan elements seem to be a problem????

Seems to be loading all of the information/videos etc multiple ( like lots and lots ) of copies of the info if you scroll down before it eventually loads correctly.

As in this link . https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/fan-oven-heating-element-12997

Where did you purchase the element from, has the packaging got any part number on it?

THIS is the correct element for your appliance.

That seems to have controlled the beast a little, as I said it was the complete obliteration of posters profiles that bugged me. 🙂

for some reason it seems to infect the third post in any thread and then random posts thereafter.

Having them on the page is one thing, even at the bottom of posts is bad enough but plastered all over a posters profile is just too much for me. 🙁

It’s even corrupted this thread, one post above from Don showed five items from Direct Discounts, then Dons profile, then another five items, looks bloody awful.
