    Re: WTA Insurances

Sending unsolicited mail/email etc. is an offence under the DPA unless you made it clear some of the information gleaned from the application form used to set up the members details would/could be used for marketing purposes.

I for one, do not recall providing my consent to my membership information being used in such away and I will require evidence my application for membership carries my consent for you to

    a) market me with such literature; and or
    b) release my information to any third party without my advanced written consent.

Be careful where you take this!

It is a MIDEA produced unit and the flashing rinse light is telling you the anti flood protection has activated.

Machine has water in the base from somewhere, either a leak from the machine or plumbing.

Can anyone tell me what this has to do with the Topic?

Please keep your posts on the topic, if you wish to start a thread about pattern vs genuine or anything else, then please do so.

Re: new software for service/stock/data management

As said above, it’s as complicated as one wants it to be, or equally as simple.

The stock management system is absolutely fantastic as it allows us to import the details of any part in seconds and then it allows us to cross reference it to known alternatives, pattern suppliers details, superseded details etc. It also remembers what models each part fits saving hours of looking up things.

So far we have one girl saving approximately 6 hours worth of work time a week and at £8 an hour it adds up. Over the course of a month that’s about £200

We rent the system from Paul for £100 a month which includes everything so on that score its a no brainer. When its released to my call centre staff I am expecting a similar efficiency saving so for us it not only means we have a reliable future proof system but that we can look to ensure our staff, our customers and our clients receive a more enjoyable experience in dealing with us.

Why not contact Paul at Hatchgate and ask him to allow you access to his demo site, I am sure he would be only too pleased to show it off then you can decide if its for you or not.

    Yes

    I have to agree.

Only started using it this week but already my staff are enthused with it.

Several minor modifications were required to tailor it specifically to us and all done within 24 hours of the request.

We really cannot fault this guys commitment to service.

    Re: Bush Dishwashers from Argos

It is almost certainly going to be a MIDEA unit. If we can confirm the model number I can get the part numbers.

MIDEA will have mass produced it for many badges so I would imagine spares will be available somewhere.

I still don’t understand the OPs point. His statement is not correct and he asks no question for us to answer.
