So what your saying Martin is he knows that even today, he has read about guys he knows he owes money to but still doesn’t settle and that he continues to try to get guys to do work for him knowing he won’t pay them.

I am doing ID cards for £15
I seem to remember a version of this back in my DASA days with Chris Hayter in the hot seat. Didn’t work then, won’t work now.
IMHO none of these schemes will work until Gov legislates to it like Gas Safe.
