You have got me thinking about this again Martin.
I currently use a streamline terminal in the office and it has worked fine for the past 3 years. My problem is I have 5 desks taking calls and only one machine( which I grudge paying for every month ). So I thought why dont I get some software for the network and get authorisation through the adsl connection. That way all the girls can access streamline at one time.
Question is does anyone know if this software is available and How much?

Saw one similar at Whirlpools training centre in Paddock Wood. After induction training a test paper was passed round and one of the questions was “What is a NTC”
One guy who had totaly forgotten marked the answer as “Nice Tiny Component”
He works for Comet now.!!

Thanks guys,
From what I can gather MFI will send me all the FSR’s at the end of the day.
The only other problem I can see is a call being passed to me at 8.00 a.m. and getting booked for the same day as a top for an engineer and the customer claiming guarantee. then the email comes in the afternoon saying the it is a cash call. Just trying to think of the possibilities that can go wrong but then I will probably get them booked for next day to give me time to confirm details.
The only other problem I can see is getting a few of these calls on Monday mornings and it affecting my “reachability” as Croydon measures how long it takes to answer the phone. So I will probably need a seperate line for MFI calls.
