I haven’t been dropped ( yet !! ), the only problem I have with them lately is paying me for jobs that another Agent has done !!

This could be something to do with the H&S forms they sent out or the performance figures for each of us Agents, by pure chance for another contract I have I had to be registered with the CHAS (Construction Health & Safety Scheme) scheme and this is virtually the same completed forms that D&G needed so it was easy for me to comply but it was hard work getting CHAS registered in the first place, took a whole weekend going through all the information on Health & Safety to fill in the forms and produce a H&S policy etc to comply, then you have to send it off to get assessed (£120-00).

Thankfully I managed on my own but I’m sure some Companies would have to get a H&S consultant, very expensive that option 😯

D&G has always been a good contract for me over the last 8 years and I would be very angry to lose it, even though they insist I am a Tier 1 agent I only seem to get passed work that other agents can’t or won’t do, I don’t know if being Gas Registered will make a difference but I am so I will wait and see.
