Turn out the cycle does take longer than 30 mins as it needs more time to dissolve the tablet phoned beko tech
Beko have re worked alot of lamona branded machine with a door look problem but not burning out opening during use same manufacturer as the Hotpoint metaflex door lock;)
This is some info I’ve had direct off Hotpoint engineer they are only recalling the machines o the list with metaflex door interlocks the issue as I’m sure nearly all of you are aware is that the heater and door lock are on the same wiring hence when you get a higher temperature pulls more current on the cable and cable on interlock is in my opinion not thick enough. There is no modification as of yet they are replacing all the affected models on list with I say again metaflex door interlocks.Kai
Do these power share when 1 or more are on because I know the beko and smeg ones do with induction and if it happens with just 1 ring aswell the way to prove its a pan issue is to get the grill pan out and place it on 1 of the rings as there are more ions in a grill pan.
I’ve started using ASWO alot lately stock is improving week by week and have 3 options for delivery which is fantastic and they are trade only like maddocks, Aswo are the cheapest for Vesttel built products by a long way
I’m changing alot of of dispensers and dispenser draws on these bekos main fault with them is people over dosing on a quick wash they leak due to the agitation of drum as it goes into rinse if it leaks on test cycle then the dispenser and draw I change and have never had a recall
Dave’s right that’s the way I do it and have never failed, the way Murv has said is the way Hotpoint advise to do it
